Mr Kayode Sufianu, BSWA CEO, was a resource person at the 2024 Justrite Management Retreat where he spoke on the subject “The Essentials and Efficacy of Balanced Scorecard as a Productivity Measurement Tool.

The highlights of his speech included the evolution of a balanced scorecard beginning in the early 1990s as a balanced set of measures to an integrated and holistic strategic planning and performance management system it is today, the key success factors for implementing and sustaining the balanced scorecard system and the importance of automation in performance reporting and analysis. He also addressed likely implementation challenges of the BSC system in Justrite and how to combat them.

Justrite, the leading grocery retailer in the Southwest of Nigeria, recently engaged Balanced Scorecard West Africa to assist with the development and implementation of the scorecard system in the organization.

The session was interactive and management and staff were charged and enthusiastic to see off commencement of the BSC implementation.
